I thought that I’d send a quick email to you regarding our solar installation experience.
I would like to congratulate you both on a job well done. After much debate and some research, my wife and I decided to install a solar system. Despite what the advertisements of the television suggest, it is not as simple as it might seem. Simon was more than happy to talk us through some of the questions that we had and suggest the type of system that would best suit our needs.
Once we had decided to move forward with commissioning Future Friendly Solar to go ahead with the installation, Simon took care of all of the paperwork, booked a date for the installation and called 24 hours prior to confirm. It really was that simple (from our end).
People often read testimonials on websites and such that offer glowing reports and sometimes that may come across as a little far-fetched, but our dealings with Future Friendly Solar was just that. I just thought I would let you know how impressed we were with the service we received from Future Friendly Solar.
You came to our house and conducted a complete analysis of our power usage tailoring a system to suit our usage and budget. You also checked our roof and switchboard and gave us a fixed price quote so there were no nasty surprises come installation.
On the day of installation it was all installed as discussed with no complications.
